They are one of the leading Amercan brands in cheerleading and have a full range of shoes, from the Cheerlyte, for beginners, to the Stellarlyte for flyers. Does the Cheerlyte come with the triangle pop-in logos?
Yes, it does! You don't need to buy them separately, the shoe comes with a set of 15 pairs of different coloured logos for you to match your shoes to your uniform or club colours.
How do Kaepa Cheer Shoes Fit?
Kaepa shoes fit true to size. If you are a size 4, then order a 4. Naturally, if they don't fit we will exchange the shoes for you . If you have a foot that is wider then "standard" then go up half a size. Here is a Kaepa Cheer shoe size chart.
How do I clean Kaepa shoes?
To keep your cheer shoes in top condition we recommend the following routine.
- Occassionally wipe the upper of the shoe - this will remove dust and debris and keep it relatively "bright".
- Wipe the sole regularly with a damp cloth. If the sole gets really dirty we recommend you brush them lightly with an old tooth brush and some detergent, then wipe again with a damp cloth.
- The shoes come with tissue paper stuffed into the toe. Take this out when wearing the shoes, but replace it after wearing so the shoe maintains its shape and removes and damp.
- DO NOT put the shoe in the washing machine. The shoe will not recover its shape if its tumbled in a washing machine.

We ship into Europe. Times depends on where your are located but should be indicated at check-out.

Standard shipping normally takes 2-3 days, and all orders are tracked. The tracking number will be added to the order details on your account and you can track it via the Royal Mail's website.
We do not offer a next day service.
International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. (Sorry, you will need to pay the postage to return the shoes to us). There is a form on the back of the invoice to complete so we know what you want done with the return.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
We will swap the retruned item for a new size and send it to you at no extra charge. Or, we can refund you back to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed on the day we receive the goods back into our warehouse. Depending on you bank, and the day of the week we received the shoes back, it can take 2-4 days for the refund to appear in your account. This is the bank's processing time - not ours.
