When ordering Nfinity shoes we recommend that you move up half a size from your street shoe size. If you are a UK 5 in your outdoor shoe size, order a UK 5-and-a-half. If you wear thick socks, or have a foot thats wider than "standard", then move up a full size.
We will always exchange shoes for another size or refund. Just make sure the shoe has been tried on whilst standing on a carpet or clean floor. We cannot exchange dirty shoes or shoes that have been worn in class or competition. There are instruction on the back of the invoice about how to return shoes to us.
Remember when you get the shoe its the American size thats is shown on the tag thats on the carry case.
You may have people within your squad or club who will let you try on their shoes so you know how they fit and get a better idea of which size to order.
