- Before you purchase, ask fellow cheerleaders if you can try on their shoes, so you get an idea on how certain styles fit.
- Read the guidelines we offer on each style that can be found on every product page.
- Buy two pairs and return one within 28 days. We will always give you a full refund on a returned pair of shoes
- Our current returns rate is 8% - Just 8 orders in 100 are returned for a different size or refund. Our shoes, generally, fit to your outdoor shoes size except for Nfinity cheer shoes and Nike cheerleading shoes where we suggest you order half a size larger than your street shoe size.
- If you return any purchase to us within 14 days we will give you a FULL order, no quibble, refund including your original postage.
- If you return an item to us for exchange all you have to do is pay for the item to be returned to us. We advise you send it via The Royal Mail on a tracked 48 service, and ask for a proof of posting/receipt when you do.
- We will re-stock your original shoe, pick a new size, pack and send back the fresh size to you FREE of CHARGE.
