Zephz was founded David Snyder, a shoe industry expert with over 20 years experience with the footwear brands Converse & Addidas as a shoe technician. He has passed on his experience and footwear knowledge into cheer shoe design and functionallity.

Which Zephz styles does Living Cheer sell?

Living Cheer currently sells the Zenith Cheer shoes, in both white and black. At the moment the Zenith in black is the only black cheerleading shoe that Living Cheer stocks.

Whats the fit like for Zephz Shoes?

Living Cheer has sold Zephz cheer shoes for over 15 years. They fit true to shoe size, so, if you are a UK 3, order a UK 3 in Zephz styles. We reccomen these shoes if you have a standard width foot, or a slightly narrow foot. If you have a foot thats wider than standard, we suggest you go up half a size. Theres a full range of sizes with the Zephz Zenith style, from a child 11-and-a-half - to an adult size 8-and-a-half.

How do I clean Zephz cheer shoes?

To keep your cheer shoes in their best condition we recommend the following routine.

  1. Zephz have a full one-piece upper - there's no mesh in their styles, so wipe the upper of the shoe with a damp cloth and leave to dry.- this will keep the shoe looking relatively "bright".
  2. Wipe the sole regularly with a damp cloth. If the sole gets really dirty we recommend you brush them lightly with an old tooth brush and some detergent, then wipe again with a damp cloth.
  3. The shoes are supplied with tissue paper in the toe to help maintain their shape. Remove this before wearing, then replace it after use (let them dry out first if you can) to support the structure of the shoe and help absorb any moisture left in the shoe.
  4. DO NOT put the shoe in the washing machine. The shoe will not recover its shape if its tumbled in a washing machine.

Over many years Living Cheer has stocked many of the most popular Zephz styles: the Butterfly and Butterfly 2, the Tumble, Microlight, Lightening and Thunder. In the near future we will be stocking the latest version of the Butterfly, giving an attractive entry level cheer shoe for beginners to the sport.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all UK destinations on a 2-3 days service (including the Scotish islands, Northern Ireland)

We ship into Europe to most destinations. Delivery times depends on where your are located, but will be shown at check-out.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 2-3 days, and all orders are tracked. The tracking number will be added to the order details on your account and you can track it via the Royal Mail's website.

We do not offer a next day service.

International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed on the day we receive the goods back into our warehouse. Depending on you bank, and the day of the week we received the shoes back, it can take 2-4 days for the refund to appear in your account. This is the bank's processing time - not ours.

Please note refunds are made to the original method of payment.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. (Sorry, you will need to pay the postage to return the shoes to us). There is a form on the back of the invoice to complete so we know what you want done with the return.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Please DO NOT just stick a postage label on the shoe box. It should be returned within a bag or box for protection, which enables us to confidently re-sell the product.

We will swap the retruned item for a new size and send it to you at no extra charge. Or, we can refund you back to your original payment method.
